Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements / Responsibilities :
- You must have 3+ years in a Director or Regional title role
- You must have recent / current experience in full-service concepts that serve LBW
- You must have experience overseeing over 6+ locations
- You must have a track record of Company loyalty no more than 3 jobs in 10 years
- You must have integrity, character, and professionalism
- You must be able to travel within your region
- Drive a culture of operational excellence
- Create over-the-top employee and guest experiences
- Coach GM's and Managers on leadership
- Operational excellence and financials
