Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate communication and collaboration between the ServiceNow platform and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycleGather and document business requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria while ensuring alignment with best practicesDevelop and maintain product backlogs and roadmaps, and oversee testing and deployment activities for the ServiceNow platformRequired Qualifications3 to 5 years of experience as a product owner in ServiceNow, focusing on Application Portfolio Management, Service Portfolio Management, and CMDBExperience in a product and stakeholder-facing role, collaborating with business and technology stakeholdersProven experience in designing and enhancing ServiceNow modules and processesServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL Certification preferredHigh School diploma with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's / Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of relevant experience required
