As a Solution Architect you’ll be atthe forefront of crafting impactful solutions for our pharmaceutical andbiotech clients.
You will collaborate closely with scientists and RD ITanalysts to understand their needs, design innovative solutions, and integratethese solutions with clients’ data systems.
This role involves creating proofof concepts (POCs), building demonstrations, delivering client training,providing technical support, and contributing to business development efforts.
KeyResponsibilities :
Engagewith lab scientists, lab managers, and RD IT specialists to translatescientific use cases into actionable data workflows, utilizing our DataPlatform to develop effective solutions.
Partnerwith Product and Engineering teams to design and execute product plans for bothbespoke projects and platform-based solutions.
Workwith Customer Success and Professional Services teams to manage change, supportimplementation, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Leveragecustomer feedback to shape the vision for current and future solutions,enhancing the RD Data journey.
WhatWe’re Looking For :
Provenexperience as a Solution Architect with a background in software engineering,cloud technologies, web APIs, or data engineering, ideally with AWSimplementation experience.
Professionalbackground in Life Sciences RD / IT or Informatics. Experience as a benchscientist or data scientist is highly valued.
Deepunderstanding of lab information systems such as ELN, CDS, MS, NGS software,LIMS, LES, and related analytics and visualization tools.
Strongknowledge of drug discovery, development, and manufacturing processes.
Excellenttechnical, business, written, and verbal communication abilities.
Skilledin managing multiple projects and resource allocation effectively.
Intellectualcuriosity with a commitment to continuous learning and the ability to thrive ina dynamic, evolving environment.
