Sales/Marketing Data Analytics Consultant
Job Description :
The client is seeking a Sales / Marketing Data Analytics Consultant for a 7-month contract position, which is onsite in Mountain View, CA.
Responsibilities
- Analytics and Insights : Execute in-depth analyses across multiple datasets (e.g. revenue, product adoption, operations, headcount data) to identify opportunities & make recommendations for growth.
- Update weekly reporting dashboards & forecast models.
- Track key performance metrics across teams & identify insights to drive improvements.
- Perform data analysis on voice of customer responses to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Support administrative needs from the broader team, such as filing tickets, troubleshooting assignment process errors, testing workflows for callback numbers for operational teams and developing voice analytics text trackers.
- Manage the quarterly forecasting process, setting templates & reminding site leads of deadlines. Also oversee delivery of quarterly quality audit completion by site.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Present clear and compelling data-backed stories to senior leadership, influencing strategic direction and business outcomes.
Mandatory :
- 2-3+ years of related experience.
- Strong professional etiquette, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing & disseminating information accurately.
- Experience working in a sales environment or with third party vendors would be a plus.
- Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics.
