Summary
Responsible for supporting the development, implementation and coordination of a comprehensive CPSR (Contractor Purchasing System Review) program to ensure compliance with DCMAs regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. This person :
- Assists with day-to-day CPSR administration and coordinating with subcontractor administrators in relation to CPSR requirements
- Works with procurement / subcontract team to maintain CPSR compliant procurement files in accordance with subcontract policies and procedures
- Coordinates with CPSR manager to ensure CPSR requirements are adhered to through peer reviews and file monitoring
- Conducts day to day file compliance reviews in accordance with subcontract policies and procedures and CPSR requirements and coordinates with procurement team
- Coordinates with subcontract team to remediate potential internal findings, and be able to interface with other parties
- Possesses the ability to work well with others in high-volume situations with high attention to detail and adjusts priorities in order to meet critical deadlines
- Effectively interfaces with multiple internal functional and delivery teams with a high level of customer service and strong communication skills
- Assist in developing and tracking metrics for Subcontracts department reviews, identify weaknesses in procedures, and proactively address remediation
- Works independently with good problem-solving skills
- Assists in conducting CPSR file reviews in accordance with internal policies and procedures and coordinates with procurement team
- Coordinate with CPSR manager to recommend updates to procedures, manage procedure updates, and conduct training on updates to Subcontracts team
- Develop and track metrics for procurement / subcontracts team reviews, identify weaknesses in procedures, and proactively address remediation and actively share lessons learned and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
