Eligibility Criteria : To be eligible for the Women Elevated program, candidates must :

Available for onsite / hybrid work at our Boise, Idaho offices

Have at least 6+ years of work experience in their field of study they are looking to return back to work in.

Have taken an extended career break of two years or more for reasons such as : Family commitments, Sabbatical, Retirement and other life events
