Multi-tasker with incredible attention to detail who has a primary interest in working in the administrative functions of our medical practice.

Position : Medical Receptionist - Monday / Tuesday and PRN
Responsibilities :
- Lead the way in greeting and welcoming patients as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Offers Superior Quality Customer Service.
- Direct patients to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with a smile.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone / email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail / deliveries.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Skills :
- Computer experience (medical office is a plus).
- Professional attitude and appearance are a must.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
