- Oversee various complex infrastructure initiatives driving towards completion of objectives. (technical operational functional)
- The Technical Lead bears responsibility for the success of each infrastructure initiative and should be comfortable with that level of obligation.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of infrastructure initiatives status throughout its life cycle.
- Tracks the successful implementation of infrastructure initiatives, reporting status throughout all phases of work.
- Directing infrastructure initiatives, defining tasks and timelines, coordinating across departments, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversight, direction of infrastructure initiatives including :
- Risk and Issue Management
- Scope and Budget Management
- Resource Management for all accepted initiatives
- Provide operational solutions guidance in maintaining and creating a library of project artifacts.
- Able to lead / manage multiple infrastructure initiatives to successfully meet objectives.
- Manage infrastructure engineers working to build, deploy, support and scale enterprise networks and infrastructure based upon business demands.
- Collaborate and partner with internal clients to assess technology needs, expectations, and prepare solutions to meet them.
- Establish and oversee service management practices for supporting infrastructure initiatives.
- Responsible for people management of a team of engineers, providing performance reviews, continual feedback, coaching and career growth for direct reports.
- Introduce and implement best practice to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with Network Telecommunications CCTV Digital Radio Cloud Hosting Data Center Operations.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
PMP, PgMP and / or comparable project management certifications preferred.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering (desired), or related field. 7-10+ years of Background in networking, Telephony or system engineering (desired).
- Experience managing network-technical resources (engineers) in a production operational environment. Service Provider experience a Plus.
Knowledge and Skills :
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in IT / Infrastructure project management roles.
- High level management and leadership skills.
- History of effective communication with business leaders, project stakeholders and team members.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Planview or other PPM Tools (Clarity, HP PPM, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :
- Industry certification such as CCNA, PMP (desired)
- Experience working in a heavily regulated environment. (desired)
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS or Azure preferred), Network, Data Center, Telecommunications infrastructures.
