This is a unique opportunity to help to guide our toddlers in a beautiful new Christian Montessori center located on the campus of Adult and Teen Challenge in San Antonio .
First Steps Montessori Learning Center serves the Woman and Children’s Program and the local community. It has been awarded 4 Texas Rising Star stars .
The Director has over thirty years experience leading Montessori Schools and has overseen the development of the center.
This is a year round program. The position is full time with hours from 7 : a.m. to 3 : p.m.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least two years working experience in a preschool, preferably in a Montessori environment
- CPR certification and any other health requirements as required by Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (TDPRS) for licensing and certification
- Demonstrated competence in written and oral communication
The ideal candidate will have
- a passion for working with infants and toddlers
- desire an environment that helps children develop foundational skills that they will carry on and build upon for the rest of their lives.
