Recommend products and services that will help clients and generate sales Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after incident resolution Skills you’ll need : Previous experience in a client account management, account executive, or similar role Excellent oral and written communication Professional presentation - ability to project confidence and expertise Patience and diplomacy - conflict resolution and reasoning skills Willingness to pivot - interruptions are par for the course Ability to communicate with technical staff and non-technical end users Executive level understanding of hardware, software, and problem-solving methods to ensure our techs know how to help your clients Self-motivated team player with ability to work autonomously Compensation / Benefits Salary range 60-80k per year, scalable based upon experience.
