Liberty Software is a healthcare technology company that develops and supports software for retail pharmacies across the country.

Our pharmacy management platform helps our clients increase profits, improve customer service, and enhance patient safety.

Our platform has numerous integrations, and we are seeking a knowledgeable professional with a heart for service to join us as Integrations Specialist on our Account Management team.

The Integrations Specialist will work closely with Liberty’s pharmacy customers and our development team to manage, troubleshoot, and improve Liberty Software’s various third-party integrations.

Liberty Software takes great pride in its client relations and support. The expectation is that all team members possess the necessary technical skills as well as great interpersonal and communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Engage and collaborate with Liberty’s support team, customers, vendors, and development team, acting as technical liaison to assist with integrations related issues, questions, and enhancements.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all Liberty software integrations.
  • Collaborate with Education team to maintain integration documentation and internal / external training materials.
  • Assist Implementations team with integrations setup during new customer onboarding to Liberty’s platforms.
  • Troubleshoot integrations issues, propose solutions to identified issues, and coordinate with integrations development team member to achieve resolution.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred, and at least four years of relevant experience in software implementation and / or desktop support, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with medication dispensing technology such as Eyecon, Omnicell, Parata, ScriptPro, etc. a plus
  • Ability to work well with cross functional teams including Liberty’s customer support, technical, implementations, and development teams.
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service
  • Strong knowledge of computer networks and networking
  • Ability to follow code to understand process logic is a plus
  • Working knowledge of SQL is a plus
