As a Senior Pricing Analyst at vCom, you will play a critical role in supporting customer-focused sales requests by assisting in research, pricing, and administrative tasks.
Your keen attention to detail, quick learning ability, and excellent communication skills will be essential in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

In your first month you will :
- Shadow team members to understand their daily roles and responsibilities
- Meet with various teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of vCom’s products and services
- Take detailed notes and absorb a large amount of information as your training begins
In your first 3 months you will :
- Complete iPath Software Training & vManager Modules Overview Training
- Begin supporting our set of customers, working directly with assigned Network Technology Solutions Group Representatives
- Learn how to use our quoting tools via our Buyers Club channel.
In your first 6 months you will :
- Apply your knowledge by completing assigned work with the guidance of one-on-one meetings
- Process and complete Network Benchmarks, Price Requests, Sales Cases, and Quote Requests
- Begin managing pricing projects for enterprise customers
- Contribute to team and carrier calls, and document new processes
What you’ll do :
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation for pricing processes
- Catalog Support : Assist in managing and updating product catalogs
- Complex / Specialized Price Requests : Create customer facing price sheets and manage communication to our sales teams
- Carrier Management : Engage with a large list of carriers and ensure they meet their response time intervals
- SO Creation (Network, etc.) : Create Service Orders (SO) for network and other services
- Contract Management : Manage and maintain carrier contracts and quotes
- Manual Price Management : Oversee manual pricing processes
- Upgrades / Reterms / Changes : Manage upgrades, re-terms, and changes to existing services

What you’ll bring :
- 3-5 years of experience in quoting, vendor management, and maintaining data accuracy / integrity
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and database software applications
- An ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Capability to handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and solve problems effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A self-motivated attitude with a high aptitude for learning and initiative
It's also helpful if you've got :
- Prior experience in telecom and / or mobile industries
- A BA / BS degree, or equivalent work experience
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range : $60,000-$65,000
- Annual leverage : Approximately $10,000-$15,000
- vCom offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees
Selection Process :
- After submitting a resume, qualified candidates will be invited to complete two separate assessments
- Once the assessments are completed, candidates will participate in a pre-screening phone screen with Human Resources
- A select group of candidates will participate in interviews with team members, the Pricing Manager, and the VP of Sales
