Presentation Designer / Strategist

What does this job entail?
Creating multiple Keynote presentation for an array of both existing and non-existing content for use for a diverse audience to ensure;
with an express focus on policy and research content
Identifying areas of opportunity and executing solutions to improve existing Keynote presentations
Emphasize key messages with infographics, diagrams, animations, icons, graphics, charts, photography, and illustrations.
Strategizing, in partnership with Trust and Safety Policy and Research Team, solutions to develop standardized team introductory presentations and collaborating with those teams to establish that content
Adjust existing research and policy content and build new types of content tailored to different audiences (i.e. Keynote for Industry visuals, detailed general documents on research insights for broadustry positioning for a given harm, step-by-step Quip documents for how to engage on a given ML model type or similar for certain types of content moderation or standard risk mitigation builds, etc.

Support strategy and organization of central resource intranet and ensuring we populate internal system with right access levels by types of presentation content
Work collaboratively across the Trust and Safety team to gather insights, ensure accuracy, and finalize against existing deadlines and expectations of work
Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work, including meeting clients’ requirements and timelines while managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Key Qualifications
Experienced working as a Presentation Strategist or Designer for a minimum of 2 years.
Bachelor’s degree in discipline related to complementary areas of experience
Able to present a strong creative portfolio of work
Exceptional creativity in concept development and problem solving
Mastery of Keynote, Illustrator and Photoshop
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced team
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to develop creative solutions and designs under tight schedules
A precise eye for typography and layout
Exceptional attention to detail
Dependability and flexibility of hours. Ability to work on a fully remote, fast paced team.
