Infant / Toddler Teachers $500 Hiring Bonus Winston-Salem
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking Infant / Toddler teachers for our preschool locations in Winston-Salem.
We are hiring immediately and offering a $500 hiring bonus!

Pay rate of $15-19 per hour , based on experience, education, credentials, and location.

- Sunshine House of Country Club Rd. Winston-Salem
- Sunshine House of Polo Rd. Winston-Salem

Teacher Responsibilities :
- Use our curriculum to create lesson plans that your students will love. Don’t worry; we have lots of ideas to choose from.
- Welcome our families. Engage them in conversation about their child's education and the benefits of our programs.
- Provide a safe and inclusive classroom.
- Foster relationships with children and tailor the play-based learning environment.
- Have fun!
Requirements
- EDU 119, NCECC or a degree in early childhood or related field required for lead teachers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a teacher at a licensed childcare center required.

$500 sign-on bonus will be dispensed as follows : $250 upon starting, remaining $250 after 90 days. Applicant must begin employment within 60 days to qualify for hiring bonus.
