Staff Accountant

Description :
ALL4 is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to support recordkeeping procedures and conducting tasks related to finance and accounting to work in our corporate office in the Philadelphia Region .
This individual will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data, recording data, and producing clear financial reports.
Requirements :
- Support entry of financial records into ERP system (Deltek) and other internal databases with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and timeliness.
- Manage expense reporting for the organization, including entry and approval processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and prepare general ledger entries.
- Review accounts payable vendor invoice entries for proper coding and classifications.
- Manage corporate credit card processes.
- Support all monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing procedures, including intercompany account reconciliations, analysis of aged open balances, foreign currency translation matters, and other related workstreams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners.
- Review business transactions and coordinate with management concerning discrepancies.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate tax filings at the local, state and Federal levels.
- Optimize internal financial controls for compliance with U.S. Generally Acceptable Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Become knowledgeable in the areas of project opening and closing, invoicing, client receipts processing, and vendor invoice processing to serve as a backup for ALL4's FinOps team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with a record of high academic achievement.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow proactively; demonstrated project management ability.
- Effective problem resolution combined with the ability to delegate effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong document production skills (proficiency in Word and Excel) and technical writing ability.
