We are seeking a construction materials testing Lab Technician to join our Oakland, CA team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Lab technicians are responsible for daily handling / testing of samples which will include but not limited to concrete, soil, asphalt, reinforcing steel and fireproofing.
Technicians will also assist in data entry, producing technical reports, and communicating / assisting inspectors and clients.
Minimum requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CMT testing and / or Special Inspections
Technical requirements :
- ACI and / or Caltrans certifications related to CMT Testing
- Ability to compile and create reports including data entry
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word
Other miscellaneous qualities :

- Schedule flexibility
Compensation :
$34.36 - $37.17 hourly
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
