Compensation and Training :
- Aggressive Compensation Plan : Sell 10 vehicles per month and earn a minimum of $4,000 per month.
- Paid Training : Receive salary for the first 3 months plus bonuses and commissions.

General Duties :
- Customer Satisfaction : Focus on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Needs Assessment : Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
- Vehicle Demonstration : Demonstrate new and used vehicles, including test drives.
- Delivery : Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining features, warranties, and paperwork.
Qualifications :
- Motivated and Positive Attitude : Highly motivated individuals with strong communication skills.
- Customer-Centric : Enjoy meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals.
- Background Check : Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
