Partners is seeking an experienced and highly collaborative leader to help us grow across the southern US. Our full-service commercial real estate firm is rapidly growing across Texas and will open its first office outside Texas in June (Atlanta).

This role is based in Houston, TX.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in the Operations Leadership team an EOS-based group that intentionally focuses on company improvement each week.
  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring all HR initiatives align with business goals.
  • Own the onboarding process for our employees and commercial brokers.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture.
  • Create HR strategies for compensation, benefits, health and safety.
  • Establish a comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits policy.
  • Implement a performance management system to effectively manage employee productivity.
  • Offer expert advice to Senior Management on all HR-related matters.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the company 401K program and outside vendors.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology / Development, Business Administration, or similar discipline
  • Eleading the HR function in a company with 150+ employees
  • 5 - 7 years of progressive and solid HR experience
  • Previous experience working with a 401K third-party administrator
  • Proven ability to develop a streamlined process for onboarding applicants
  • Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make sound business decisions
  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • SHRM or similar certification is a plus

  • The role is based in Houston, TX (Galleria area), and is a full-time in the office role.
  • The person stepping into the role will actively participate in culture development in a firm with an already strong cultural presence.
