Our Managing Partner for Non-Profits has been leading this vertical for over 10 years. Having grown up in the Bay Area, he has built an impressive network of clients and connections.

Position Responsibilities
- Implement new financial processes and best practices for non-profit organizations.
- Train and mentor staff including Executive Directors
- Working with boards, trustees, and governance
- Understanding the fundamentals of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Report development for board of directors including budgeting, revenue, expenses, and capital structure
- Tax exemption status including 501
- Charitable registration
- Fundraising and marketing strategies
- Growth and sustainability planning
- Understanding philanthropic models
- Strategic planning
- Understanding and utilizing disruptive technology

- Staffing of a non-profit including volunteers
Position Requirements We believe the successful candidate will have most of the following elements in his / her background :
- Background in accounting and / or finance. CPA preferred but not required.
- C-level experience a plus but not required
- Networking and business development a must
- Demonstrated performer with track record for producing success for themselves and others.
- Experience building strong cross-functional relationships with various departments within an organization
- Strategic mindset with ability to link vision to execution
