Site Associate Training Specialist
- Effectively upskill individuals and teams to achieve learning outcomes.
- Help give people the knowledge and tools necessary to be their very best every day.
- Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders on training needs and deployment of initiatives.
- Arrange, coordinate, and deliver training on capability building solutions.
- Follow appropriate methods to measure, audit and evaluate capability programs and processes.
- Strengthen the skills of OJT Trainers through mentoring & coaching to ensure effective training solutions and sustained results across the site training community.
- Foster an empowered culture to build capable individuals throughout the site.
Basic Qualifications :
- Associate’s degree
- Or 2+ years of experience in a technical and / or disciplined environment (such as pharmaceutical, biotech, military, education, transportation, healthcare, utilities, construction, energy, food and beverage industry)
- Experience in facilitate training in face-to-face and instructor led session
Preferred Qualifications :
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :
- Interpersonal Relationships : Demonstrated skill in applying approaches, tools, and techniques for working with individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Oral and Written Communications : Ability to express oneself to provide information to others effectively and in a succinct manner;
advanced verbal, written, and presentation abilities; ability to ask thoughtful questions to gain insights, listen, and understand other perspectives
- Collaborative and a team player, able to develop rapport and credibility with colleagues quickly
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency, when applicable, to drive sustained business results and maintain compliance
- Role model hands-on trainer (equivalent of PIQ / OJT Qualified)

Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 + years of experience in biotech / pharmaceutical manufacturing as a trainer
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations, Facility Operations, QC (laboratory testing) or other related areas related to manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals
- Experience of reviewing and implementing training systems
Preferred Qualifications :
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :
- Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to work independently
- Highly developed capability in driving change
- Experience of workforce planning and talent management / profiling
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to training
- Prior experience in a role working in change programs that address cultural issues and build organizational capability
