We define success by constructability andachieve it through highly coordinated BIM models and a carefullyexecuted quality controlplan.

Currently looking for a parttime Paralegal who specializes in the fieldof contracts. You will be responsible for performing variouscontract functions related to the architecture and engineering (AE)industries.

In office or hybrid worksetting in Nampa Idaho

PartTime (1015hours per week)

Essentialfunctions :

  • Draftreview and negotiate a variety of contracts andagreements.
  • Collaborate with differentdepartments to understand contract requirements andimplications.
  • Provideinnovative solutions to complex contractualchallenges.
  • Assistin preparing redlines and revisions to contracts based on feedbackfrom parties involved innegotiations.
  • Communicate with externalparties to address inquiries and negotiate contractterms.
  • Review contracts to ensurecompliance with AE industrystandards.
  • Ability to understandgeneral business operations concepts issues and dynamics beyond thescope of basic legalissues.

Requirements

  • Paralegaldegree or certification; bachelor s degree in business or lawpreferred.
  • Minimumof 3 years of experience in contract review or a similarrole.
  • Minimum1015 hours per week remote / hybrid Nampa area; potential fulltimeemployment in thefuture.

Paralegal degree or certification; bachelor s degree in business orlaw preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract reviewor a similar role.
