Job Description

One of our clients, a well-known accounting firm is looking for a receptionist / office assistant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis.

Responsibilities :

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Answer telephones, screen calls, and transfer to appropriate staff members
  • General clerical duties include but are not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • There could be some light billing and AR / AP
  • Data Entry

Qualifications :

  • Proficient in Excel, and Word (must be able to print labels in word.docx
  • Ability to use a postage machine
  • High attention to detail
  • Effectively communicates with others
  • Adapts well to varying circumstances
  • Persistent, Conscientious, and Organized
  • Punctual and reliable
