Job Description
Ungerboeck Software is looking for a self-motivated, agile new team member for our Technical Support Team in our Support Department.
This position requires someone who is able to communicate effectively with Ungerboeck customers on a daily basis and help them resolve the problems they are facing.
A Technical Support team member needs to be prepared to answer questions coming from online ticket submissions or direct phone calls.
Being able to efficiently multi-task across multiple platforms and customer cases is essential for success in this position.
We are looking for someone who is a team player and fits with our fun-loving, hard-working, and family-oriented work environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Working with customers and the Ungerboeck development team to resolve errors outside of Ungerboeck software but related to the software
- Emailing customers daily
- Talking to customers on the phone daily
- Meeting the Service Level Agreement on cases
- Inter-departmental communication
- Loading databases
- Building local Ungerboeck sites for testing
- Testing Ungerboeck software to uncover errors
- Keeping customer satisfaction as top priority
- Being on-call over the weekend a few times a year
- Managing migrations to the Ungerboeck Cloud
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Documentation of workflows
- Giving internal trainings
- Keeping up to date on software changes and enhancements
- File server cleanup and maintenance
