We want to find people with the right work ethic, discipline, and empower them to be the next leaders in the long term care industry.
We believe by attracting the right individual and training them, they will be exceptional leaders, caregivers, and mold them to become true CEOs.
The Program :
Learning from our executives, our CEO-In-Training Program is a three month, fully paid program developed and designed to make you a successful healthcare leader.
The long term care industry is behind the times and we are creating future leaders to move the industry forward. You will be assigned with preceptors who will walk you through every aspect of the business.
Our goal is for you to come out of this program armed with the knowledge, ambition, and ethics to run your own center.
Responsibilities as a CEO in Training :
- Soak up and learn as much as you can about what a CEO should be
- Take advantage of all corporate resources
- Understand the ins and outs of the long term care industry
- Truly understand how to take care of residents
Responsibilities once you are a CEO :
- Put residents and care above all
- Always be compliant and ethical
- As the CEO you have to do whatever it takes to make your center successful while maintaining compliance, ethics, and putting residents first and above all
Compensation once you are a CEO :
- Every CEO starts with a competitive annual salary
- Every CEO starts with a 5% profit sharing
- Every CEO has a clinical bonus based on outcomes
