Title : Oracle DBA

Location : Denton TX

Duration : 3 months Contract to hire

Pay-$45 / hr on contract and $85000 / year( No flex)

About the Role :

Responsible for replicating DBs and updating DBs

Responsibilities :

Looking for oracle DB experience, maybe 7 years

NOSQL patching, compliance experience, mandatory patching, they will deal with Oracle DB 70%, 30 % SQL DB

Colleague ERP or Oracle cloud - plus Oracle and SQL DB type of skill set required

They need SQL, UNIX SHELL scripting

They need this person with an ERP DBA background for the CURRENT project now, and will need to adjust their skill set to cloud later on.

They don’t have DBA in the cloud, they would need to be flexible when they make this transition.

Need deep analytical skills along with DBA skills

They need to be able to dig though the processes, they need to be independent.

Qualifications :

Higher education experience is great, not required.

Required Skills :

This is a less functional opening, they will have a manger who is the facing functional team.

This person can be full back office

Communication skills are still important, they will interact occasionally with functional teams

Self starter, eager to research and be analytical and inform directors for needed updates.
