Kelly Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative II in Shreveport, LA!

Pay : based upon experience

Schedule : 8a-5p / Mon-Fri

Responsibilities :

• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Effectively communicate directly with customers and maintain customer satisfaction
• Communicate directly with Insurance Carriers
• Process customer policies (both new business and renewals

Requirements :

• Current and update to date Louisiana Property and Casualty Insurance License or willing to obtain
• Two years experience in the Insurance industry
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiar with Applied Epic software or be willing to learn
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn quoting software
