Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing guidance on employee relations, talent development, performance management, policy development, recruitment, diversity initiatives, and legal compliance.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred along with 3+ years of experience as an HR professional with prior HR Generalist experience.
Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is preferred, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office package is a must.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment and the ability to be flexible and multi-task are essential to this role.
Ability to travel to our other office locations.
