Let your light shine in our company! Opportunity The Accountant Level 1 position will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial data.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an entry-level professional seeking to grow their accounting skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Process invoices, track expenses, and manage accounts receivable and payable. Assist in preparing and posting journal entries to the general ledger.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into accounting software. Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.

Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Work closely with other members of the accounting and finance team to support overall department goals and objectives.

Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, 1+ years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP / NetSuite) is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
