As a Business Experience Planning & Admin Advisor within PNC's Commercial Lending Operations organization, you may be based in a remote location.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Additional Information :

• Expertise in Equipment Finance syndications, specializing in leading contract negotiations in partnership with internal / external legal, internal partners and investors
• Successfully support the syndications / capital markets teams and our investors at a superior level and to set us apart from our competitors
• Establish and adherence to ongoing deal administration, lead special projects to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
• Facilitate execution and ongoing administration, internal reporting, overseeing the syndicated portfolio, investor playbook, Master Assignment Agreements, and other related activities
• Manage compliance with documented policies and procedures surrounding the business. Perform controls intended to mitigate risk and facilitate testing of those controls and other processes by internal risk partners, external auditors and regulators
• Development and mentorship of team members to drive support of syndications at an expert level

Job Description

Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.

Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and / or internal partners.

• Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes. Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
• Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.

Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.

• Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
• Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
