Normal start time will be 8 : 00 to 5 : 30
Overtime not required; Weekends not required
Must be on time with perfect attendance
Experience :
- Freight forwarding preferred, ocean imports.
- Cargo Wise system platform preferred
- Understand shipment handling from A to Z
- Good knowledge of excel
- Understand how to dispatch trucker for deliveries to final door
- Understand port terminal operations along with rail ramp pick up numbers
- Track and trace cargo on various ocean carrier website to update internal milestones accurately
- Personal cell phones allowed at desk but cannot be texting, view videos, or on personal calls. This must be done on breaks or lunch hour.
