• Lead technical projects, monitor project scope, address engineering concerns, and support bid and proposal activities.-Research and learn advanced aspects of DC motor design, DC motor controllers, and position feedback devices.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to coordinate system installations, ensuring technical compatibility and satisfaction.
• Understand and analyze project requirements and business expectations.-Provide management reports as requested.-Participate in cross-functional teams as the lead system designer.
