Job Opportunity : Call Center Manager

A client of ours located in Tualatin is looking for a Call Center Manager. The ideal candidate for this company would have call center management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to successfully lead and motivate a team.

This is a direct-hire position.

The Call Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service.

This role includes managing staff, developing performance metrics, and implementing policies to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Handle hiring, training, and scheduling of call center employees.
  • Monitor call center performance metrics, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Address escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on call center performance to senior management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Pay : $60K - $65k.

Potential for bonus / commissions depending on team performance.
