The Job
Detailed Job Description
- To provide support and assistance for media, public and investor relations work including
- research,
- preparing powerpoint presentations,
- following up with media queries / fund manager queries,
- writing press releases / investor factsheets, and
- assist with event and admin support. and Chinese translations
- preparing powerpoint presentations,
Interns will gain good insight to investment and communications strategies and experience working on projects with public listed companies
Working times :
- Monday to Friday 9 am to 6pm
- Interns may be required to work on weekends should there be events or meetings that require their assistance. However, such occasions will not be frequent
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Public Relations / PR within Professional Services industry.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin would be a strong advantage.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You must be proficient in using MS word, Excel and Powerpoint and should be proficient in English and Mandarin
