As a leading home builder, we pride ourselves on quality, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. Job Summary : McKinley Homes is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry Level Investor Relationship Assistant to join our Investor Relations team.
This role will involve preparing property contracts, coordinating property transfers, resolving post-transfer issues, organizing project visits, sponsoring advertisements, and preparing marketing materials.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities : Prepare and review property sales contracts to ensure all legal terms are accurate and compliant.
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts meet regulatory standards. Arrange property transfer appointments.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of transfers. Follow up on any issues that arise after property transfers.
Provide warranty communication and translation services as needed. Organize and coordinate the production of promotional videos for the Chinese market.
Highlight project features and advantages in these promotional materials. Collaborate with Chinese media for advertising sponsorships.
Enhance brand visibility through strategic advertisement placements. Prepare and arrange the marketing materials needed for investor activities.
Ensure smooth execution of marketing plans. Plan and organize investor activities. Enhance investor engagement and loyalty through well-coordinated events.
Answer questions from investors post-investment. Provide translation and forwarding services for investment-related tax matters.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in real estate or investor relations is a plus. Experience with WeChat a plus *Note : Candidate cannot hold real estate license* Key Competencies : Proactive and self-motivated.
Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
