Here are some of the responsibilities and duties of this role :
- Conducts tours and makes calls out to prospects.
- Demonstrates knowledge of sales strategy, process and implementation.
- Participates in on-site tours, home visits, and creative prospect follow up.
- Facilitates and coordinates move in paperwork and transition of new residents.
- Maintains departmental administrative duties.
- Assists with the completion of recurring department reports.
- Attends required training, in-services, and staff meetings.
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, the achievement of safe working practices, and by practicing proper infection control measures.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morning Pointe Senior Living.
- Partners with professional referral partners to gain prospective referrals.
- Responsible for meeting move-in goals monthly and meeting KPI expectations.
MORNING POINTE OFFERS A SIGN-ON BONUS!
$5000 SIGN ON BONUS - $2500 after 90 days and $2500 after 6 months.
