Responsibilities :
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and housekeeping.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting independence and dignity.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, providing companionship and emotional support.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements :
- Compassionate and caring demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
