Job Summary : As an On-Call Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients during designated on-call hours, Saturday and Sunday from 8 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM.

Your primary duties will include responding to requests for assistance from our office on-call assistant, traveling to visit locations promptly, and providing compassionate care to clients.

Responsibilities :

• Be available and on stand-by during on-call hours to respond promptly to requests for assistance.
• Receive calls from the office on-call assistant and promptly clock in to start your shift.
• Travel to the designated visit location promptly after receiving a request for assistance.

Responsibilities :

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and housekeeping.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting independence and dignity.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, providing companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements :

• Compassionate and caring demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
