About the Opportunity :
This role exists to onboard, grow, manage, and renew client contracts within assigned book of business according to specialized functional areas.
What will you be doing?
- Develop, implement, manage, and support client, provider, and member awareness projects that drive increases in revenue and profit.
- Actively strategize, manage, and support efforts to retain 100% of the book of business (National Accounts).
- Drive expansion in current book of business and assist with onboarding of new or expansion clients / programs.
- Support customer trainings and events.
- Meet with vendor partners to identify needs and opportunities
- Develop and implement training for internal and external clients
- Support diversity and inclusion strategies to ensure an inclusive workplace.
- Prospect, sell & close new business in the union, producer and TPA segments. Serve as executive sponsor in the implementation process for new sales.??
- Work with marketing and the Director of Sales Enablement to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales Enablement and National Market Expansion Sales Director(s) to identify opportunities for growth within the current book of business and build targeted campaigns to drive utilization.??
- Engage with and nurture existing client relationships.?
- Complete a training program in Salt Lake City with additional self-directed study.?

What education or experience is required?
Required :
- 8+ years of success in Account Management / Engagement experience
- Must be available to travel nationally up to 50% of the time to fulfill essential functions and cultivate key relationships.
Preferred :
Master's degree in business or related field (A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal education)
