Account Executive, Premium Experiences
The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking an experienced, high-performing premium sales professional to join our team. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue while also developing the Chargers’ presence in the Southern California business community.
The ideal candidate is a competitive, top-producing sales professional with a proven track record of helping organizations achieve revenue targets in both B2B and high-end B2C environments.
This position will be based out of the Chargers sales offices.
Responsibilities :
- Sell premium single game suite rentals and premium group tickets by developing relationships with companies and high net-worth clientele.
- Identify opportunities to convert single game suite buyers into LUX Suite Owners.
- Develop, maintain, and grow book of business for premium single game suite rentals.
- Manage high call volume, emails, and service clients by being the primary contact for premium experience clients.
- Earn referral business through relationship development with clients by exceeding client expectations.
- Actively prospect daily utilizing various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, etc.
- Conduct sales meetings at SoFi Stadium and offsite at prospect / client offices.
- Identify and establish new business relationships.
- Effectively communicate the value that the LA Chargers product offers.
- Embrace and utilize Salesforce CRM to track all sales initiatives for efficient pipeline management.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover the best product / solution for prospects.
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach daily.
- Work gamedays to service premium experience clients.
- Required to attend various events throughout Southern California for prospecting purposes.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals.

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate.
- Salesforce CRM knowledge preferred.
- Background in Sports / Hospitality industry preferred not mandatory.
Compensation :
- Expected Starting Annual Base Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
