- A minimum of 1 year experience in an upscale salon, country club, hotel, or spa setting.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Valid insurance, with proof of insurance available.
Essential 1099 Job Requirements
- Provide professional hair styling services to members / guests, including blowouts, and men's cuts.
- Ability to explain various treatments / services to members / guests.
- Generate product sales and future appointment bookings.
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer skills and work ethics.
- Always provide courteous guest service to all members / guests in an energetic, enthusiastic, motivational, and professional demeanor.
- Must be able to initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized workstation and able to handle a variety of duties.
- Refrain from discussing company or personal business with guests or members.
- Clean work area and work tools
- Provide spa management with product needs at the end of month.
- Able to sell retail items available in salon.
- Perform makeup application services for special occasions or events.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with retail sales of hair care products which receive a 10% commission.
