Mechanical Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team and manage the planning, design, and construction of large-scale industrial and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management and experience managing large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, design, and manage the construction of mechanical systems for commercial and industrial projects.
- Provide leadership and coordination of project teams, including architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines.
- Maintain accurate project schedule and budget.
- Identify and resolve project issues quickly and efficiently.
- Manage vendor contracts and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress and quality of work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage the installation of mechanical systems.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and construction.
- Strong knowledge of engineering and construction principles.
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Nice to Have : Experience managing healthcare, educational, K-12, data center, or warehouse projects.
