Job Description

Collaborate closely with Project Manager, Finance, and Engineering. Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function.

May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (, customers, vendors, etc.)

• Support development of contractor progress, status, and management report, using Contractor Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Data Item Description (DID).
• Draft and maintain monthly project status reports; to include milestone reports, problem areas affecting project cost elements, cost curves, man-hours expended, and staffing plans.
• Receive assignment and technical information from a supervisor and project manager.
• Attend project meetings at regular intervals to collect information essential to monthly reports. Meetings to include Engineering Technical Interchange Meeting (TIM), Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, Enterprise Change Request (ECR) meetings, and project design meetings.
• Draft meeting minutes for delivery to the customer per CDRL requirements.
• Communicate with the Technical Editor; work with Editor to support report and minute templates.
• Seasoned professional individual contributor who works independently with limited supervision.
• Software to know or have the ability to learn : Adobe Pro, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project

Requirements

• 3 years of experience with writing reports
• 3 years of experience working closely with Project Managers
• 3 years of experience working with Financial Data on reports
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
• Must be a United States Citizen
