Front Server

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Server. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by providing excellent service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations as needed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
• Enter orders into the POS system and ensure they are transmitted to the kitchen promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to proper presentation and timing standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.
• Check back with guests to ensure they have everything they need and to inquire about additional needs.
• Prepare and deliver guest checks, process payments accurately, and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and accurate order delivery.
• Upsell additional menu items and promotions to guests when appropriate.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
