What You Will Do
- Create long-term, trusting relationships with new and existing national customers
- Develop sales plans and quotas for approval prior to the start of the measurement period
- Achieve quarterly and fiscal year sales quota of $2,500,000
- Develop and retain accounts including annual site visits and daily project status and account reviews with estimators
- Maintain and develop industry expertise through seminar attendance and hosting product demos
- Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT : People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
What You Will Bring
- Have 7+ years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment, preferably in a National or Large account role servicing the large commercial, industrial, or similar
- Possess proven ability to create strategies, business plans, and new sales pipelines
- Have proven ability to research, analyze, plan, and execute on strategies, business plans, and other sales initiatives
- Demonstrate excellent organization skills, delegation skills, with strong project management and prioritization skills to meet timelines
- Possess excellent forward-thinking to create future sales strategies and solutions on new and current accounts
- Be experienced with services, on-site training, facilities management, commissioning, and education of large client groups and executives on optimization, troubleshooting, and services benefits
- Demonstrate excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
- Have expertise in the MS Office tools as well as American Contractor
- Be willing to travel nationally approximately 75%-90% of the time, with approximately 50%-60% overnight travel
