We are hiring an Art Data Coordinator to join our Art Studio Art Development Team. In this role, you'll manage and update product related data with accuracy and care, collaborating closely with our Art Development and Operations teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Flexibility is important here, as you'll handle various projects and navigate the fast-paced environment of product development.

In This Role
- Manage data workflow in PLM, QuickBase, and Odoo
- Partner with international data teams and the Product Development Operations to harmonize data across systems
- Enter and maintain detailed product data for all Art Studio items, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
- Validate and input updates for new and existing items, including dimensions, bill of materials, and artist / image information
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency throughout the product lifecycle
- Monitor and resolve data discrepancies and issues, implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences
- Analyze data trends to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes and standards
- Assist in training team members on data management best practices and system functionalities
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
- Collaborate with internal Art Studio teams on brand and customer-specific programs, contributing to innovative and tailored solutions

The Ideal Person
- 2+ years of relevant experience in product data entry or product development coordination
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- High attention to detail, able to handle large amounts of data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookup formulas)
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
- Works with a sense of urgency and can balance competing priorities
