Position Summary : The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives.
This role involves developing and managing detailed three-statement financial models, performing budgeting tasks, and analyzing large, complex datasets across multiple data sources.
Success in this role will require a strong background in financial analysis and data management, with an ability to make sense of data from disparate sources and drive insights for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities : Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive three-statement financial models to support decision-making Partner with various departments to manage the budgeting process, providing insights into budgeting variances and financial forecasts Analyze large datasets, performing advanced sorting, filtering, and interpretation to identify actionable insights Support growth initiatives, including modeling for potential acquisitions and analyzing organic growth opportunities Present financial data and analysis to executive leadership, contributing to strategic discussions and providing recommendations Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3+ years in a finance or analyst role, ideally as an Investment Banking Analyst or Analyst Consultant Healthcare sector experience is advantageous but not required Proficiency with three-statement modeling, budgeting, and data management Experience handling large datasets, with the ability to parse, sort, and filter data efficiently Advanced Excel skills;
