JobBrief :

We are seeking a Class A Assemblerto join our team in assembling aircooled heat exchanger bundles andrelated components. The role requires precision attention to detailand adherence to specifications to ensure highquality assembly.

Ifyou have experience in assembly particularly in the heat exchangeror shell and tube industry this is an excellent opportunity to growwith our team.

What youll bedoing :

• Build andassemble bundles for aircooled heat exchangers including tubeexpansion hydro N2 purge and dry outprocesses.
• Read blueprints and calculateexpansion measurements set up and adjust expansion machines andperform all plug and cover duties.
• Operateoverhead cranes and forklifts and ensure safety by detecting andstopping unsafe acts.
• Lead and instruct othersin all bundle / section assembly tasks ensuring communication andteamwork.
• Conduct soap bubble testinghydrostatic testing and prepare for heliumtesting.
• Work on your feet for six days a weeklifting and maneuvering up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret blueprints andcalculate expansion measurements.
• Set up andadjust expansion machines to perform plug and cover dutiesaccurately.
• Operate overhead cranes andforklifts ensuring safe equipmenthandling.
• Detect and prevent any unsafe acts tomaintain a safe work environment.
• Lead andinstruct team members in all bundle and section assembly taskspromoting clear communication andteamwork.
• Conduct testing processes includingsoap bubble hydrostatic and heliumtesting.
• Work on your feet for six days a weeklifting and maneuvering up to 50 lbs asrequired.

SkillsRequired :

• Minimum of 2years of assembly experience.
• Experience inaircooled heat exchanger or shell and tube industrypreferred.
• Strong blueprint reading skills andmechanical aptitude.
• Ability to operateoverhead cranes forklifts and perform riggingtasks.
• Strong commitment to safety teamwork andclearcommunication.
