Join us as a Class BAssembler and become an essential part of our team where youll testmechanical components with precision and efficiency.
As an AssemblyClass B Technician your focus will be on ensuring highqualityproduction through the assembly and testing of variouscomponents.
KeyResponsibilities :
- AssemblyTasks : Assemble and fit parts using portable grindershand tools and powertools.
- ComponentInstallation : Install moving parts such as shafts andbearings bend and install pipes and align gears ingearboxes.
- EquipmentOperation : Operate tuberolling equipment conducthydro testing and prepare final assemblies for shipment orstorage.
- ManualHandling : Position parts manually or using overheadcranes and clean / prep tubes forwelding.
- WorkplaceOrganization : Maintain a clean and organized workenvironment using 5Smethodology.
- TeamCollaboration : Work collaboratively with team membersto ensure the functionality of tools andequipment.
SkillsRequired :
- Experience : Priorexperience in assembly preferred but not required; we welcomecandidates with little to noexperience.
- Multitasking : Abilityto perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Teamwork : Strongteamwork skills and respect for the public customers vendors andcolleagues.
- Adaptability : Abilityto work cooperatively interchange roles within the department andmaintain cleanliness and functionalitystandards.
