Data Entry Specialist

Our client in the Nashville, TN area is hiring for a Data Entry Specialist to join their growing team!

The Data Entry Specialist will be a fully in-office role Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities :

• Entering data from various sources into databases or systems accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data entered by cross-checking and verifying information
• Updating and correcting data as needed to keep records current
• Extracting and organizing data as required for reports or analysis
• Handling physical or digital files and ensuring they are stored correctly
• Generating reports and summaries based on the data entered
• Protecting sensitive information by adhering to privacy and confidentiality
• Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets, and databases
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Strong customer service skills

Qualifications :

• Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues with data
• HS Diploma with previous experience in data entry role
• Clear and effective communication skills, especially if interacting with other team members or departments
• Being able to type quickly and accurately
• Proficient in Excel and MS Word
