Personal Lines Account Manager / CSR
Established agency seeking an outgoing, personable individual to assist the personal lines department and provide timely quotes, and exceptional customer service for personal lines customers.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working with personal lines coverage in a brokerage / agency setting.
- Experience working with a variety of carriers is helpful.
- Experience maintaining client relationships.
- Assisting with negotiating with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for best rates.
- Ability to handle renewal submissions.
- Prior experience quoting binding and issuing policies would be helpful.
- Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
- Overall account management.
Requirements :
- Proven customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must hold a 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40 license.
$45,000-$60,000 based upon experience
